I was told for the swelling to make sure and lie down with feet elevated every two hours for at least 20 minutes... As for a crib...don't blow a wod on it! Keep it pretty simple (i.e. no baby bumpers or stuffed animals or lots of blankets to help avoid SIDS). I am sure you know all of that, but I didn't when I was pregnant:D Hope you are doing well!
We were married in April of 2008 and we currently live in Roosevelt,UT. I am a stay at home mommy (one of the greatest blessings in my life). I love watching my kids learn and grow each day. Dustin is a self-employed welder working around the Basin and Price. We love having him home each night! Dalli is a spunky little girl with more attitude and energy then we know what to do with. We are expecting a little boy any day now and are looking forward to the changes and adventures that he will bring to our family.

Ugh, I did the elevating of feet, and I invested in a rolling chair so I didn't have to stand as much :) You should post some pregnancy pictures!
